    Please reach out to us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

    Q; How far in advance do I need to order?

        A; We recommend ordering at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance for standard cakes,  and 1 week in advance for custom designs, sugar cookies, or large cakes. A rush fee may apply for shorter notice.


    Q; What size cakes do you offer?

         A; We offer round cakes from 4" to 14", as well as 8", 10", or 12" squares, and quarter, half, or full size sheet cakes.


    Q; What types of frosting do you offer?

         A; Our standard frosting is Swiss meringue buttercream. We also offer  ganache, cream cheese, and ermine frosting, as well as French, Italian meringue and American buttercream. Vegan and sugar-free frosting options are also available.


    Q;  Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

         A; Gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan, and allergen-free cake options may be available by special request. Please note that all items are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, and other allergens.


    Q; How much do cakes cost?

         A; Prices start at $30 for a basic 6" cake, and vary by flavor, size, and design. A custom quote will be provided after consultation.

    Q; Do you require a deposit?

        A; For cakes $100 or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to start your order. The remaining balance is due at pickup.

    Q; What is your cancellation policy?

        A; Cancellations must be made no less than 72 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Deposits are non-refundable, though store credit may be offered at owner discretion.


    Q; Do you offer delivery?

         A; We are currently pickup only, unless special arrangements are made for larger orders.

    Q; How should I store my cake?

         A; Cakes with dairy-based frosting should be stored under refrigeration; bring to room temp about an hour before serving for best flavor.
